Stubborn I what did it.

What took you, and I out in the end, just know that it was the result of only listening to ourselves and not the Holy Spirit for the right directions.

Proverbs 1:7 ESV

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.

If we truly reverenced the Lord and had respect enough to fear the Lord, we would not be in a place where we question our surroundings.

If we trusted God’s will for our lives, we would see what it is that He has set in motion for each of us in our journey, and we could progress to more loving and lasting relationships with Him and with man.

Fear of God has two folds.

One is to respect with Awe at the magnificence of His greatness. To the point that you bow in reverence to the King of kings and Lord of lords.

He is the one to give thankfulness.

The other thing to understand is that the Lord can destroy us with just one swipe of His mighty hand. Thank the Lord for what He has done for His people. He has done so much for us and all that He requires from us is that we honor His statutes, retain the knowledge that He is the Lord of all.

We should not be so foolish to dishonor the Lord in our lives. God will not be the one mocked here, He will be reverenced by all living things. It is our duty to bow out wills to the might of His Holy hand. Knowing that we can benefit from being the true children of the Lord God.

Don’t question the Lords loyalty, question our own motives when dealing with the Creator.

In all your ways, acknowledge Him and let Him direct your path.
