Devising A Plan.

OVERVIEW

9 A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.

Prov. 16:9

Point: We have plans to succeed in life, to move forward with our paths, and that would normally not be a problem, as long as the plans we have are set through the perfecting Word of the Lord.

Your heart works hard at progressively moving into a perfect future. You desire to go forward with your journey. No one gets up without getting out of bed and pushing themselves to the bathroom to ready themselves for the day, unless you’re paralyzed from the waist down. We have to move our feet to go anywhere that we want, but have we considered where He would have you go, and what He allows you to do with your days and time?

You have the right to choose which direction you want to go. I will always tell the saints that, no matter what. No one can stop you from doing life your way, not even God. Oops, I shouldn’t have said that, but it is the truth. God gave you autonomy, and allows for you and I to make decisions in our lives that can and have caused us pains. He does that because He knows that we will eventually have to call on Him for freedom. It would be nice if we would not wait until we are in dire straits before we call upon His powerful name. If we could include the Lord in our daily meetings before we get out the door, He can direct our path to green pastures and flowing cool water.

You can turn in the direction against the flow of the wind and resist, or you can ride the flow like a surfer on the waves of the sea.

( Dr. M. L. Craddock Sr 1969-)

The fork in the road of life is there on purpose.

It is there to always give you a choice. You can make that decision for yourself each day. Just know that once made, it was yours to do, and not the Lord’s plan. If things go off the rails and you crash, it wasn’t because God set you up tinfoil, it is because you and I are raging things instead of holding until the Spirit give us a release notice.

This is a good habit to form. Waiting upon the Lord for directions, and permissions until the Spirit releases us to move forward. We could avoid plenty of disasters and hardship. God sees at a greater advantage then we can and He can show you and I whether or not we should go.

The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD.

Prov. 16:1

  • God’s Word will help you go a long way with plans you have, if your plans go along with His for your life.

  • A parent only desires his/her child to reach for the highest point that they can without being afraid.

When what your doing begins to please the Lord, that’s when your enemies make peace. That’s when there is a truce to the war around you.

Dr M L Craddock At. (1969 -)

This Word of God today is about us figuring out once and for all what we will do to please the Lord. God never wants us to have to sacrifice, but sometimes a good sacrifice makes for a good and strong faith.

What’s on your mind that takes away your concentration?

Let’s not allow ourselves to be transferred in a mystical mentality, or day dreamy faith, let’s look directly at the situation and pose our prayer life in the right place that He may give the answers you seek after. This life is the real deal. It is what we have to show us who Hid our Father in Heaven truly is and what He will do on our behalf.

What did hinder you as you pressed forward in the goodness?

I pray that we do not keep ourselves in this stuck mindset of hindrances. Let the Lord Jesus into your heart and He will send comfort even while chastising us for our good.

Finally.

Luke 14:28-33

28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

29 Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,

30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.

31 Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand

Who did it, that you just sit down on your dream and turned in the keys?

Was it you….?

Prov. 21:5

The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.

In the end, it is not what people think about what you have done.

It is about what you know that you worked your hardest to accomplish.

What’s holding up the prejudice in the world, is the individual that it comes from. That is what happens when you let others influence your mind. We should let Christ influence is and not the words reasoning.

You don’t like something, or someone, because they have had the opportunities and took advantage by usurping their power over you in your lowest estate, and now that you have the numbers and they don’t, you can strike back.

Did Yeshua have this much prejudice that we have, after they killed Him? He held His end of the bargain by the Love He gave for His people. He didn’t give up the opportunity to be the lamb of God for no-one, but He went all the way to the finished line.

Instead of asking what would Jesus do.

Ask what did He do, because you now represent Him on earth, and we are not allowed to be anything that He is not before others.

If your changed… only If your truly changed, will you be able to carry out this task of what is the right mindset to have for this world and how to handle the affairs of your life in a Spiritual way.

What’s your devising plan, if God’s doesn’t work for you?

Do you give up and turn your back on the Lord, or can you Press your way through to a finished and planned end?

I can only hope the best and be the example that I am called to.
