Scattered and Left Alone.

But the time is coming—indeed it’s here now—when you will be scattered, each one going his own way, leaving me alone. Yet I am not alone because the Father is with me.

— John 16:32 NLT

Insight————————————————————————When you need people the moat, they leave you to go through the most difficult tasks you least expect.   Christ needed to know that His disciples would not only walk with Him on the path to reaching others with salvation and hope, He needed to know they could stand the next stage with Him, but He knew before hand that they would scatter and run with fear.  People always exit when there is trouble.  They can’t handle the hardships that come with the movement, they only want it to be easy going, without struggle.

When the Word tells us to trade our burdens with the Lord.  We must understand that His burdens come with surrendering ones life for what you now believe.

It is easy to just give your commitment, and not have to follow through with real blood sacrifice.  He could carry it out, where we would run away with fear trying to save ourselves.

The Father and the Son ofnthe living God rest with the believer.  We invited Him into our lives as Lord and Savior.  He has come to set captives free from the torture of sin and death.  We no longer have to fear what comes with sin, because we are not subject to that punishment, if we have been delivered and made free through the blood of the Lamb.

Eternal life to all who call on the name of the Lord as their personal savior.  Who believe that Jesus Christ isnthe Son of the Living God of Israel.  Those who carry the banner of the King.  Those who have surrendered all to the Lord and withhold nothing from Him.

Your life is exposed to the King of kings.  He has reign over your existence.  If He does not hold that place, then I don’t know what to tell you.  How can you be stamped approved of the Lord, if He has no place in your heart?

These disciples have ran because they had to, to keep the ministry of the Lord alive.  Most of us try to get away because we do not want to do the work, according to ministers I hear from.  They were running from the Lord.  Many of us did not run from the responsibility of carrying the Gospel.  We have kept the call from the beginning.  It does not make us special,  it just says , all have not forsaken our Lord.  There are those who keep it going and stay one step ahead by the Mercies of God.  That is what you walk in.  The Mercies of the Lord, who makes you to shine in the world full of darkness.  Eternal life to you all who keep going and do not turn around.
