Tend To Recruits.

Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

— Matthew 28:18-20 NLT

Tend to the new recruits brothers and sister.  Becareful that it is not because of you they fail.  People who come to the Lord need a good example to follow after.  At times they may need you to hand feed them personally.  So, we do not have the time for in-fighting amongst the brethren, because we do not agree with personal interpretations of Scripture that the Lord warned us should not be in the first place.  No Scripture is of private interpretations.   We all must hear exactly the Words that have been spoken to us and follow those words to the T.  New believers as I like to call them, should not come into a church body that is full of disruption and disagreements.  If we do not agree on the fundamentals of Doctrine, then we should find us a place that comes to the same conclusions we have through earnest study, not dismantel the ministry efforts in the community because of discourse.  New believers should not have to defend from sly comments about another sister or brother in the church family because of issues that might have been misunderstood by either party, but they both refuse to budge on their side to reconcile.

We must take care to not be a stumbling block for those in the faith.  If you have an issue with a brother or sister.  Go to them and settle it.  If they wont recieve you. Follow the next steps according to Corinthians in dealing with disputes.  Dont just get mad and tare down the efforts of the faith.

Our faith is built upon reconciliation through Jesus Christ the Son of God.  As we come to the Holy Day of Resurrection.  We must respect and recall what He lived and died for.  Not for political gain, or power to use against each other.   We have a task assigned to all of us here.  Go ye therefore and teach all nations.  To observe the written and spoken Word of the Lord.
