So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
Disown what you were before salvation, because it no longer fots your discription. Once you have been changed to the full image of Christ from the inside out. It doesn’t matter what your wordly connection is. You are now the image of Christ from this point on. If we can stop looking in the mirror and glimpsing an old image that we are trying to make brand new, we could get somewhere in belief and in our service to others. Disassociate with gang bangers so that you can cone back to save them through the love of the Lord, not our fleshly ties to the code. The rub in life is, how we indivodually perceive the opoortunities that have come. Someone wants off, when another wants on. You might be wanting out of a deal, that your loved is looking forward to getting into. It is all based upon how we perceive the salvation for ourselves. Some might see a way out to freedom following the Lord, where others see more rules and regulations. Either way could be looked at from every angle. But, the Word doesnt give us the option of looking at the worlds point of view as well as the Lords command. We either choose this day whom we will serve, or wait and see if all of it was necessary. I wondered why we regarded Christ in association to the world. But, now I see it from the outside. When we were in the world we viewed Christ as opposing our desires to be free from rules and commands, yet He wants us free. In Christ there is freedom from rules and commands. The point is, if we are following our hearts, we could easily do the will of the Father hands down. Christ doesn’t oppose what you want, He is just on the opposite team. They say opposites attract, but it is only because there is something missing in another that they would find attraction somewhere other than where they are currently. We may see Christ in the streets, but we have to remember, He is more than just a brother. He is Lord of all, and has the ability to pull you up out of your mess. Niw, we who have been saved, have the obligation more so to do even greater than He has done on many platforns available to us. Using all techniques that we have learned to reach those who are lost. This is our attitude towards salvation. To reach out there once we have been brought to safety.
